- Our network of designers can help you bring your ideas to life. Every product requires a different type of designer. USI uses some of the best designers to assist our clients with the following requirements:
- CAD and Solid Works drawings used to design molds and 3 dimensional product drawings.
- Graphic Designers for packaging, hangtags, labels, logo and product layout design.
- Cut and Sew pattern designers to create exact measurements and patterns for apparel products.
- Web designers for top notch websites for new products and web redesign.
Product Development
- Creating pre-production samples and developing molds at the same factory that will mass produce your product can save you time and money. All of our factories are equipped with sample departments dedicated to making your design a reality.
- Our staff in China handles all of the communication with the factory to ensure proper sample execution based upon your specifications. Our goal is to create your sample based upon your exact design specification.
Mass producing your product:
- By having a large network of factories we can choose which factory will be the best fit for your product. We take into account many different factors not limited to the following: factory worker’s environment, price, production capacity, production turnaround time, sample turnaround time, product quality, and factory communication.
- When it comes to mass producing your product we provide the assurance that you need by being actively involved every step of the way. We use our production checklist to make sure what is being produced matches your approved pre-production sample 100%. Our staff on the ground in China spends lots of time on the factory floors evaluating product and ensuring quality control.
Logistics:
- Shipping products in and out of China is one of the most complicated links in the entire supply chain. This is not a step you want left to amateurs. Years of experience and strong partnerships allows USI to seamlessly provide the following services:
- Container or LCL loading at the factory.
- Inland China trucking to ports for export.
- Ocean Freight shipping in and out of China. Full Container (20ft, 40ft and 40ft HQ) shipments and LCL (less than container load) shipments.
- Air Freight shipping in and out of China.
- Proper documentation for exporting products out of China.
- Proper documentation for importing products into your country of choice.
- Duties, quotas, and tariffs.
- Inland United States or country of your choice shipping to your final destination.

Product Testing
- In today’s market place product quality, reliability and safety is one of the most important aspects you can focus on as a brand. USI encourages all of our clients to send the products we help manufacture to an independent testing facility for quality, safety and industry requirement testing. USI has an array of 3rd party testing facilities we can recommend that have offices all around the world. These testing facilities can help with and are not limited to the following:
